COMPLAINT HANDLING
Do you have a complaint? Postcards-for-postcrossing.com will do everything possible to process your order as best as possible. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with the quality of the item or have any further comments about the service provided by Postcards-for-postcrossing.com, please send an email to info@postcards-for-postcrossing.com.
To help you as best as possible, your email with the complaint should contain the following information:
- Your name and address:
- If possible, your telephone number.
- Your email address
- The order number of your order
- A good, detailed description of your complaint.
RETURNS
After purchasing a product, you are legally entitled to return it within 14 days without giving a reason. This cancels your purchase and entitles you to a refund.
In original condition
You can only return your order if the product is complete, undamaged, unused, and in its original condition. If possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging.
Control & refund
We will inspect the product upon receipt of your return. If the product is undamaged and still in its original condition, your payment will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs
If you return the product within 14 days without stating a reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you are returning a product because you believe it is damaged or the wrong item, you can state this reason. If the reason is valid, Postcards-for-postcrossing.com will pay the return shipping costs.
How does returns work
Send an email to info@postcards-for-postcrossing.com. Please indicate what you wish to return, the invoice number, and, if applicable, the reason for your return. Also include the account number to which the refund should be paid. You will then receive the full return address for the items you wish to return.

Receipt confirmation
Postcards-for-postcrossing.com strives to confirm receipt of your complaint by email as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, we aim to do this within two business days. If you haven't received an email confirmation from us after two business days, please first check that you have correctly entered the email address to which you sent the complaint. Also, if you have composed an email using an email program, please ensure that you have also clicked the send/receive button.Substantive response
Postcards-for-postcrossing.com aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving your complaint. Unfortunately, we cannot process incomplete complaints. If this is the case, we will always request additional information before processing your complaint.Dispute Committee
