1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship our postcards worldwide. Click here for country list and costs.

2. I lost my username / password, what can I do?

If you have ordered before that date you don't have a username and password yet.Choose for new customer then. After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive an email with your username and password.

3. How long will it take to get my postcards at home?

When you place an order and the payment was successful it will be shipped within 2 days.


You will kept informed by email about the status of your order.


1. Are the payments you offer secure?

Yes, they are. All the payments take place via a SSL-Certificate connection.
Also, the entire website is HTTPS and has it's own SSL connection with certificate.

1. How is the order shipped?

Depending on the size of your order it will be shipped via PostNL / DHL in a bubble envelope, letter box or carton. We handle this with great care to ensure your order arrives properly and undamaged.

2. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are for:

Netherlands: € 2,95 (orders above €25,00 free shipment)

3. What are the prices of the postcards?

The price of most of the postcards is € 0,75 = $ 0,69 =  £ 0,55)
When you live outside the EU there won't be any tax charged.
4. Is my order shipped earlier when I pay per Paypal?
Yes it is. Payments by Paypal are directly processed. This means we don't have to wait for the payment to get your order ready.

2. What should I do when my payment fails?

You will automatically receive an email with a summary of your order, even if your payment failed. Of each unsuccessful payment we will receive automatic notification. Within 1 or 2 days you will receive an email with an invoice. When you do the payment, your order will be send to you when your payment has arrived. You will be kept informed by email.

1. Are the postcards in this webshop also actually in stock?

Yes, all postcards in this webshop are in stock.

2. Do you give a discount on postcards?

Yes, when you order 5 or more postcards of the same kind, you will receive a discount. This is indicated on each product page with staggered prices.

An example of staggered prices:

  1 or more - € 0,75 per postcard
  5 or more - € 0,69 per postcard
10 or more - € 0,65 per postcard

3. Do you also have postcards on sale?

In the webshop we also have a category postcards on sale. These offers are being refreshed regularly. Sign up for the newsletter and you will be notified automatically.

1. I see the text " /" on many images on the site. Is this text actually shown on the postcards?

No, the postcards will be deliverd without this text. The text is only displayed on the site to prevent abuse.

2. What is KiyOh?

KiyOh is a customer evaluation system used in the webshop of After ordering, each customer will be invited to give an opinion on the products and services of This feedback will be used for any improvements to the shop and the development of new postcards. At the right of the webshop the KiyOh widget is shown. When you click it, you get a new window with the reviews.
